Porta Nova is a modern and friendly company divided into greenhouse and packing station departments. You may be scheduled to work in either or both sections.
The workplace is clean, well-organized, and international – many colleagues come from Poland, so you can easily find your way in your own language.
There is an intercedent (coordinator) on site to help with any questions.
The canteen is equipped with a kitchen and microwave, and every employee has a personal locker.
Porta Nova operates 7 days a week, which means plenty of working-hour opportunities.

¿Qué harás?

• Caring for and cutting Naomi roses in the greenhouse,
• Assessing flowers for quality and deviations according to set standards,
• Sorting and preparing roses for packaging and shipment,
• Maintaining cleanliness and following hygiene rules,
• Working flexibly across different tasks when required.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

• Be in good physical condition;
• Flexible and willing to work weekends
• Able to work well in a team,
• Motivated and reliable – experience is not required,
• Basic English knowledge is an advantage.
