About the company

Fudinto-RedStar is a greenhouse where they grow tomatoes all year round. The environment is multinational and currently there are mainly European nationalities. They have a modern greenhouse complex where they grow tomatoes year-round. The area is approximately 30 hectares, split between 3 separate greenhouses with each having their own team. RedStar–Fudinto offers work year-round, not just seasonal. The environment is multinational. The organization is well-structured and very organized. Distinctive is the extensive introduction and the ability to work year-round.

About the job

You will be working in a greenhouse: this is a large glass building that allows sunlight to reach the plants growing inside. In summer, greenhouses can become very hot. In winter, they are heated, creating a pleasant environment. There are many different activities in the greenhouse. The most import aspect is your motivation to work and your willingness to learn new skills. Besides that, it is important that you can work in teams alongside other colleagues and treat everyone with respect: your managers and colleagues. In the first weeks you will be guided and helped. After that, you are expected to work independently and with good performance.

• Cut tomatoes 
• Cut leaves 
• Rotating plants around special slings (usually on a lift) 
• Lower plants so people can cut tomatoes (usually on a lift) 
• Remove unnecessary tomato buds (usually on a lift) 
• Cleaning the greenhouse 

Wat are you going to do?

• Good physical condition
• Be aware that color blindness will be a problem
• Don’t be afraid of heights, you might work on a electric lift
• That you are motivated to work in the Netherlands
• Smoking is allowed, but only in the designated areas and during breaks.

• Salary of €14,40 per hour, salary before and after tax in the NL is a bit tricky. Ask the Recruiter for a salary indication.
• 8,33% holiday money. The holiday money is paid once a year, in May

• You can come to work in your own clothes. The company provides special work clothes and take care of washing these clothes.
• You will receive safety shoes also but from Goodmorning.
• You do not have to bring your own water, the company will provide you fresh water.

What are the working hours?

Daytime from Monday to Saturday. Usually start between 06:00 and 07:00. End time is usually between 16:00 and 17:00. Your specific working schedule will be available in our P4F app.
