Our company specializes in greenhouse horticulture, focusing on the cultivation of aubergines. With a rich history spanning decades, we have expanded our operations to a significant cultivation area. We are committed to providing year-round employment, including Saturdays, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
As a greenhouse worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to aubergine cultivation. This includes cutting aubergines, managing plant care, and ensuring the greenhouse environment is maintained. Training is provided, and the work is performed during daytime hours.
Ability to work in varying temperatures Willingness to wear long sleeves for arm protection Comfort working at heights Strong motivation (experience is secondary) Basic understanding of greenhouse operations

You will work form: 08.00 am - 17.00 pm. After 38 hours it will be overtime and you get a 35% extra and if you work more then 10 hours a day it’s 150%
