This company, located in Oosterhout. makes delicious cookies. You know them. In fact, you just buy them at the supermarket. Working at this company is more than just eating cookies off the assembly line. Making, packing, mixing cookies and operating machines are among your duties. Working at this company means working in a real factory culture. The team is close-knit, driven and loyal. You will work in 3 shifts with the following working hours: from 06:00 to 14:00, from 14:00 to 22:00 and from 22:00 to 06:00. 

Wat ga je doen?

At this company, there are several departments and positions where you can be employed as a Production Worker. Think of replacing material, adding ingredients and packaging the products. In between you keep an eye on the line to make sure it doesn't get stuck and you can also be deployed as a packaging employee. In short, a varied range of tasks. This will not be your end station, because at this company you can quickly grow as an operator, for example. 

Wat vragen we van jou?

Experience as a Machine Operator is a plus. Experience is not a must, your motivation is most important. However, you must have strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English. This position can be physical, it depends on the department you are in. As a Production Worker you must be flexible. The working hours are different.

• Salary of €15,80 per hour ( increased after 26 weeks of employment;)
• 8,33% holiday money. The holiday money is paid once a year, 
• You can expect around 40 hours.

Jouw werktijden

You will work in 3 shifts with the following hours:

• 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM,
•   2:00 PM to 10:00 PM,
•  10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
