I paid medical costs. How to get reimbursed?

Submit claim to your insurer according to policy. Keep invoice and proof of payment.

I need to see a doctor. What to do?

Make an appointment yourself. Bring ID and digital insurance card (in P4F). For work accidents, contact your coordinator first.

What to do if I am sick?

Report illness to your coordinator as early as possible, before work starts.

How to request vacation?

Apply in P4F or to your coordinator at least one month in advance.

Where can I find my work schedule?

The schedule is available in the P4F mobile app. (Plan)

Housing and transport

I received extra charge for private car use. Why?

You may drive privately up to 9 km per week. More = extra costs/tax. If incorrect, contact coordinator.

What to do in case of accident or damage?

Contact your coordinator immediately. Not reporting may have financial consequences.

I have a defect in my accommodation. How to report?

If you have a supervisor, report directly. Otherwise, use P4F (topic: Housing).

I want private housing. How to arrange?

Submit request in P4F (topic: Personal Changes). Respect notice period.

Payroll and Benefits

How can I change my personal data or bank account?

Report changes in P4F (topic: Personal Changes).

When is holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) paid?

It is paid each week with salary.

Can I cash out holiday hours?

Legal holiday hours must be taken as leave. Extra hours are paid immediately. After leaving, all hours are paid within 6 weeks.

No payslip and no salary. What should I do?

Check hours in P4F. If incorrect, report to your coordinator with week number, hours, and company name.

I received a payslip but no salary. What now?

The transfer was sent; your bank processes it. Payslips are available by Friday, independent of payment.

What is a deposit (borg)?

A housing deposit covers unpaid deductions or damages. If none, it is refunded after your contract ends.
