About the company

Craftsmanship and passion have been passed on for 5 generations. We grow red, yellow, green and orange peppers at various locations in the Netherlands. Our cultivation specialists grow high-quality peppers with a passion for the product. We cultivate sustainably using residual heat, co2 and biological control agents.

What will you do?

The work you will perform would be in a pepper company.

• Cut the peppers with a knife
• Rotate the plant aound a robe 
• Sorting out peppers at the packing station. 

The work can be learned in two weeks and the trainer will be there to guide you, you can quickly do everything independently. The work will always be done at daytime.

What do we expect from you?

• Normal health condition, stand for several hours. 
• Don’t be afraid of heights, you might work on a electric lift
• You can't be colorblind
• Changing clothes at work; work clothes must remain there for hygiene reasons.
• That you are motivated to work in the Netherlands

Because you will work in a greenhouse the temperature will be different depends of the outside climate. The best thing to do is to ware light and layers of clothing.

• Salary of €14,40 per hour
• 8,33% holiday money. The holiday money is paid once a year in may
• You can expect around 38 hours
• You will recieve work clotches from the company.
• You will receive safety shoes from Goodmorning. 
• Smoking is allowed during breaks in the designated area.

This company works with different nationalities such as Polish and Romanian, so you can quickly find your way in your own language.
