About the company

In Westdorpe, there are 30 hectares of greenhouses where red and yellow peppers are grown. The company started in 2014 and has grown a lot since then. First, a 15-hectare greenhouse was built, and in 2015, another 15 hectares were added. Each year, about 10 million kilos of peppers are produced. The company is always looking for new technology, automation, and partnerships to keep the quality high

What will you do?

The work you will perform would be in a pepper company.

• The most of the day you will cut the peppers with a knife
• Sorting out the peppers at the packing station 

The work can be learned in two weeks and the trainer will be there to guide you, you can quickly do everything independently. 

What do we expect from you?

• Normal health condition, stand for several hours. 
• Be aware that color blindness will be a problem
• Don’t be afraid of heights, you might work on a electric lift
• That you are motivated to work in the Netherlands

• Salary of €14,06 per hour
• 8,33% holiday money. The holiday money is paid with every salary
• You can expect around 38 hours
• Smoking is allowed, but only in the designated areas and during tea/lunch breaks

Your working hours

You will work in 1 shift:

• From 07:00 to 17:00
