About the company

Our company is a dynamic plants enterprise situated in a picturesque region. We operate year-round, with increased activity during the summer. Expect a stable work environment with approximately 38 hours per week. Located in a beautiful natural setting, our company values a harmonious work-life balance.

What will you do?

You will be working in a flower company, primarily potting plants. The type of flower varies with the season. You will also use machines for potting and pack plants for transport. The work is straightforward and can be learned quickly with guidance from a trainer. All work is performed during daytime hours. Be prepared for bending work as plants are on the ground.

What do we expect from you?

• Because you will work in a greenhouse the temperature will be different depends of the outside climate.
• The best thing to do is to ware light and layers of clothing. 
• The start and finish time depends on the amount of work, be aware of this.
• Normal health condition, stand for several hours.

You will work in one shift:

• Monday – Friday 06.00 -20:00 - 100%
• Monday – Friday 20:00 -24:00 - 150%
• Monday – Friday 00:00 -06:00 - 150%
• Saturday 06:00-15:00 - 100%
• Saturday 15:00-24:00 - 150%
• Sunday 00:00-24.00 - 200%
