Facility & Inspection Employee

Responsibilities

• Structurally monitoring the quality of the housing facilities of temporary workers.
•  Reporting (major) shortages to the team leader. Providing quick follow-up when identifying (small) shortages.
• Participating in “quick wins” on the operational side.
• Being fully in control over the entire housing stock and thereby influences the SNF Standard.

What you’ll do

• Inspecting various homes and complexes.
• Processing reports in our digital system.
• Easily to fix things / repairs.
• Transfer technical work, through the digital system, to your technical facility colleague.
• Maintain stock of facility items and distribute them to the various locations.

The ideal colleague

• Relevant work experience and knowledge of facility matters and housing.
• Perseverance and a example for colleagues.
• Experience in assessing facility matters and being able to communicate that need with all colleagues.
• You work structured.
• Speaking and writing English in combination with one of these languages: Romanian, Polish, Spanish Portuguese.
• Dutch or open to learning Dutch.
• A valid driver’s license B
• No 9 to 5 mentality, when this is necessary.
• Technical eye for the important matters

• Salary indication for this position ( depending on experience) is between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month based on full-time.
