Goodmorning is located at Etten-Leur (NL) and is one of the larger companys in the Netherlands for international flex workers. Every day there are around 2,500 motivated flex workers working for our clients in horticulture/greenhouse, technical, industrial, and the food sector.

All of this is controlled and supervised by a young, enthusiastic team of Goodmorning employees who are always ready to help the client and flex workers. These team is very committed, flexible and decisive in a no-nonsense environment where communication lines are very short.

What you’ll do

• Daily management and communication of our flex workers
• Taking care of all facilities that a flex worker needs such as transport, badges and housing
• Guiding flex workers during the transfer to their new residential location and to the work location
• Checking the living environment and control absence of the employees
• Helping the flex workers at the first day at our clients

The ideal colleague

• You live and work from one of our large residential locations for flex workers
• Has at least a completed education at MBO and MBO working and thinking level
• Is familiar with, or has affinity with computer planning systems and Microsoft Office
• Has a driver’s license B
• Has a great sene of responsibility, can act in stressful situations and works structured ss resistant and works in a structured way.
• Is communicative very strong, sets priorities, independent, energetic, convincing and is an efficient organizing person
• Speaks and write the Romanian language flawless and we also expect that you can speak and read English
• Doesn’t have a nine to five mentality
