Your main responsibilities:

As a Staffing Consultant, you are the connecting link between our clients and temporary workers. You will be responsible for a group of approximately 350 temporary workers within your region.

From Monday to Thursday, you will spend much of your time visiting clients to monitor our services, maintain relationships and resolve any challenges that arise. On Fridays, the focus is mainly on administrative tasks, with the possibility of working from home on occasion.

You will maintain relationships with existing clients, support new employees during their onboarding and make sure temporary workers receive the support they need throughout their employment. You will also monitor the quality of our services and act as the main point of contact whenever questions or situations arise between clients and employees.

In addition, you will monitor forecasts, manage matters such as holiday requests and absence registrations, and ensure that client visits are properly documented. You will work closely with Account Managers, Planners and your Team Leader. To support your development, you will receive monthly coaching from your Team Leader and become part of a team of six Staffing Consultants.

The ideal candidate:

• Has at least MBO-level working and thinking ability, gained through education or work experience;
• Has experience within the staffing industry;
• Has a good command of Spanish and English;
• Has at least B1-level proficiency in Dutch;
• Holds a valid category B driving licence.
