What will you do?

As a Stain Operator, you are responsible for giving machines and components the perfect finishing touch before they are delivered to customers worldwide. Your work ensures that equipment not only looks professional but also meets the highest quality and hygiene standards.

• Performing electrolytic pickling of stainless-steel machine parts and equipment
• Carrying out spray pickling activities
• Ensuring all work is completed according to safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintaining and monitoring the pickling department and related equipment
• Operating and maintaining the water treatment installation
• Using cleaning equipment and tools, such as Kärcher systems
• Cleaning, polishing, and treating stainless-steel machinery with specialized cleaning products
• Inspecting finished work and ensuring a high-quality finish
• Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe

What do we expect from you?

• Able to work independently
• Basic English or Dutch
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Strong awareness of safety procedures
• Technical affinity is preferred
• Experience as a pickling operator, metal worker, finisher, or production employee is an advantage
• No experience? No problem. Training will be provided internally
• Motivated and willing to learn a specialized trade
