About the company

The company was founded in 2010 and specialises in producing custom-made PVC covers and solutions for various applications. It produces agricultural products such as silo covers, mesh silo covers, tension covers, water basin covers and floating covers.
Today, the company has approximately 4,800 m² of production space and a team of experienced sailmakers and production employees. From its location in North Brabant, products are supplied throughout the Netherlands and beyond.

What will you do?

The work involves manufacturing sails. It is heavy labor; we are looking for workers capable of handling physically demanding tasks. The work entails welding sail sections together, repairing sails, and welding seam tapes (using a hot-air welding process). Your tasks include:

• Joining pieces of sails using heat-welding techniques
• Repairing damaged sails and covers
• Welding reinforcement strips
• Handling and moving large and heavy materials
• Supporting experienced sailmakers with different production tasks
• The work can be physically demanding, so it is important that you are comfortable with heavy physical work.

What do we expect from you?

• Are physically fit and able to perform heavy work
• Like practical and hands-on work
• Have at least A2 level English
• Are motivated and willing to learn
• Can work accurately and safely
• Are available for approximately 38 hours per week
• Jewellery and makeup are not allowed during work

• Salary: €14.99 gross per hour
• Saturday work: 150%
• Sunday work: 200%

Your working hours

You normally work from Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime on Saturday may be required.

• Monday – Thursday: 07:45 – 16:30
• Friday: 07:45 – 15:30
