About the company

This company is the co-packing partner for packaging Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Mainly food. With over 35 years of experience in packaging consumer goods, they provide custom solutions to company packaging challenges. Our client provides a wide range of co-packing services, including assembly, banding, flow packing, shrink wrapping, product display assembly, sorting, repacking, labelling, product sleeving, and value-added logistics services.

What will you do?

All employees start as Junior Operators for a minimum of 2,080 hours. Ensuring a smooth production process under the guidance and supervision of the line manager (Operator or Senior Production Employee) by performing various packaging activities in accordance with established guidelines.

• Packaging products according to established production speeds
• Ensuring order and cleanliness during and after the execution and completion of orders
• Performing quality control at the direction of the line manager, by means of inspections at the production line
• Adhering to internal rules, hygiene regulations, and HACCP guidelines
• Performing other tasks at the request of the line manager or Plant managers 
• NOTE! Working in an environment with a high noise level and mostly repetitive work.

What do we expect from you?

• English level B2
• The ability to work well in a team is essential, as our client values collaboration, open communication, and learning from one another.
• No makeup, piercings, nail polish, or fake eyelashes allowed
• Normal health condition, stand for several hours.
