About the company
You will work in the Operations / Production department of a modern pallet service centre. Every day, thousands of wooden pallets are inspected, sorted and prepared for reuse. The workplace is safe, organised and uses modern automated equipment. You will report to the Production Team Leader.
What will you do?
As a Pallet Repair Employee, you are responsible for repairing damaged pallets that have been rejected during the inspection process. Your daily tasks include:
- Repair wooden pallets according to quality standards.
- Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to repair pallets.
- Inspect pallets and replace damaged wooden parts when needed.
- Record production data in the system.
- Report defects, damage and unsafe situations to your supervisor.
- Keep your workplace clean and organised according to the 5S method.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Working environment
You work in a production environment where wooden pallets are repaired using hand tools and mechanical equipment. The temperature is normally comfortable but can become warm during the summer. Because wooden pallets are processed, the workplace can be dusty. The job is physically demanding and involves standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing and pulling throughout the day. Hearing protection and other PPE are provided where required.
What do we expect from you?
- Sufficient English to understand work and safety instructions and to record production information.
- Safety-conscious with a strong focus on quality.
- Responsible, flexible and able to work well in a team.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience with pallet repair is not required.
- Internal training is provided.
- Wearing PPE is mandatory.
- Jewellery and make-up are not allowed during work.

- Salary of €15,98 per hour
- 8.33% Holiday allowance will be paid every week

Your working hours
Two-shift system:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
Breaks:
- 2 × 10 minutes (paid)
- 30-minute lunch break (unpaid)
