Warehouse Cleaner

About the company

You will work in the Operations department of a modern pallet service centre. Every day, thousands of wooden pallets are inspected, sorted and prepared for reuse. The workplace is safe, organised and uses modern automated equipment. You will report to the Production Team Leader.

What will you do?

As a Warehouse Cleaner, you help maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the production and warehouse areas. Your daily tasks include:

• Clean production, warehouse and general work areas.
• Remove wood waste, dust and other debris.
• Clean around production machines and conveyor systems.
• Empty waste containers and dispose of waste correctly.
• Keep walkways and emergency exits clean and free from obstacles.
• Support 5S activities and deep-cleaning tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Working environment You work in a production environment with automated machinery, conveyor systems and wooden pallets. The temperature is normally comfortable but can become warm during the summer. Because wood is processed, the workplace can be dusty. The job is physically active and involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling throughout the day. You will work around machinery, cleaning products, noise and moving equipment. Hearing protection and other PPE are provided where required.

What do we expect from you?

• English language level B1.
• Safety-conscious and responsible.
• Able to work independently and accurately.
• Reliable and proactive.
• Good attention to detail.
• Experience in industrial cleaning is an advantage, but not required.
• Internal training is provided.
• Wearing PPE is mandatory.
• Jewellery and make-up are not allowed during work.

• Salary of €15,98 per hour
• 8.33% Holiday allowance will be paid every week

Your working hours

Two-shift system:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00

Breaks:

• 2 × 10 minutes (paid)
• 30-minute lunch break (unpaid)
