In Eindhoven, collaboration and craftsmanship come together. As a Production Operator, you will work on modern production lines amidst the delightful aroma of fresh rolls. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that millions of people can enjoy our pistolets, kaiser rolls, and other bakery products.

What will you do?

As a Production Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting production lines. You ensure that bakery products are produced according to recipe specifications, quality standards, and production planning. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing production lines and checking raw materials and ingredients.
• Setting up machines and adjusting production parameters and recipes.
• Starting, operating, and monitoring production processes.
• Performing quality checks on semi-finished and finished products.
• Solving minor machine malfunctions and adjusting machine settings when necessary.
• Carrying out first-line maintenance and cleaning activities.
• Recording production and quality data.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to an efficient production process.

What do we expect from you?

• Basic communicative English
• Jewelry and makeup are not allowed due to food safety 
• Experience as an operator or production worker is preferred.
• Technical affinity and willingness to learn production processes and machine settings.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for production quality.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a production environment with machinery.

Your working hours

3-shift system:
•    Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
•    Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
•    Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00 Going to 5 shifts and working in weekends
