Production Line Operator

About the company

At the Heerle location, you will work in a team of approximately 12 permanent employees and around 40 temporary workers. Together, you ensure that the production process runs efficiently and that products meet the highest quality standards. You will work in a modern food production environment where hygiene, quality, and safety are of the highest importance. Tempature is between 5-10 degrees.

What will you do?

As a Production Line Operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring the production line to ensure an efficient and uninterrupted production process. You supervise line employees, maintain product quality, and ensure the production line performs at its highest capacity.

• Operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Setting up and changing machine settings when required.
• Performing basic machine maintenance.
• Monitoring the production process and reporting deviations to the supervisor.
• Recording production data and completing production documentation.
• Ensuring the timely supply of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Performing quality inspections on raw materials and finished products.
• Checking labels, prints, and packaging identification.
• Supervising and supporting production line employees.
• Working closely with the technical department to resolve machine issues.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of production processes.

• Good spoken English is required. Dutch is preferred but not mandatory

• Salary of €15,56 per hour
